At Temptmuse, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items
  • Accessories (including jewelry, sunglasses, etc.)
  • Worn, washed, or damaged items (not due to our error)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Product photos (if applicable)

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

⚠️ Do not send items back without approval.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective product
  • The wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled:

  • Within 12 hours of purchase

After this time:

  • Orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled
